Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your My Flara account to view your order’s tracking details.
Missed Deliveries:
If you missed your delivery, please contact the carrier to reschedule or pick up your package. My Flara is not responsible for missed deliveries, so be sure to follow up with your local carrier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or item, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement and returning the original item for a refund. This way, you get your new item faster without waiting for your return to process.
Availability: Please note that we cannot guarantee item availability for exchanges. Placing a new order helps ensure you get the item before it sells out.

Gifts
If you received a My Flara item as a gift and need to return it, we can issue store credit for the return.
Exchange for Gifts: You may also exchange a gift by placing a new order and using the store credit for your next purchase.

Store Credit: We’ll issue store credit to your My Flara account once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping returns
Prepaid Return Labels for U.S. Orders:
For U.S. returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. Print and attach the label to your package, then drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
Return Shipping for International Orders:
International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service to avoid lost packages.
Lost Return Packages:
My Flara is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If you’re concerned, please use a trackable shipping method and insure your package.
